Position Gauges
Mercury Tool & Gauge are a global supplier of a wide range of Positional Checking Gauges. These are bespoke to customer component specifications. Position Gauges are precision manufactured using the best materials to ensure a high degree of accuracy, speed & durability.
We can either work with the customer gauge drawing, or we can design a gauge based on the component drawing.
Designs can also incorporate Dial Test Indicator (DTI) which is used when measuring a smaller range of deflection. These are available in digital or dial format.
