All of the above types of gauges can be supplied as go or nogo single ended gauges, with or without handles. Your satisfaction is paramount therefore, when ordering plain plug gauges please specify the limits of fit or the hole to be gauged, even when only a single ended go or nogo gauge is required. The reason for this is that the gauge manufacturing tolerances depend on the limits of the hole to be gauged.

These gauge tolerances are contained in BS969:2008.

Extra length / protrusion options are available as well as carbide, chrome plating and air release grooves.
